Its all about understanding..

“If people who do not understand each other atleast understand that they do not understand each other, then they understand each other better than when, not understanding each other, they do not even understand that they do not understand each other.”

-Gustav Ischheiser from Appearances and Realities.

Well the first question is “How many of us actually understand ourselves?”

We are in an endless journey of life where we constantly tend to seek approval from others, in turn becoming dependent on how others think about us. People put on pretty face not to show their true emotion in front of others. That perfectly natural and alright. But how many of us are actually true to ourselves? Do we acknowledge the fact that feeling jealous or angry for something is just a normal negative emotion and there is nothing “bad” about it? Emotions are hard or impossible to control but the thinking that triggers the emotions can be easily controlled!

  3. @CeeGee – No CeeGee, u said people put masks and dont show their true colour which is very very different from not showing an emotion. Eg. sometimes we show we are very happy even if we are not..
